Refund policy

GUARANTEE AND RETURNS

We offer a no quibble, money-back guarantee if you wish to exchange or have your order refunded.  Unwanted goods must be returned within 28 days. Credits will be issued once the goods have been received by us, the plastic tamper seal must be in place and the labels undamaged. Where possible please repack the item in its original wrapping.  Please note that post and packaging costs are non-refundable and at your expense.

Please quote your order number and give the reason for the return.

On the rare occasion a breakage occurs or goods are faulty, we will offer a replacement or a refund on the return of the items in question. We will cover all costs for postage. When returning items we recommend sending them by Royal Mail Second Class Post.  If you choose to send it back by another more expensive method then we will refund you the amount it would have cost to send by Second Class Post.  When returning items please always ensure that you retain proof of postage.

If the price of an item is shown incorrectly owing to a technical or other error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for that item.  This does not affect your statutory rights. 

DELIVERY

Delivery to UK addresses only.

Delivery charges are dependent on the number of boxes required to ship your order and our charge is £6 per box. One box can contain either 1 x 70cl bottle, 1 x 35cl bottle or 2 x 35cl bottles. The delivery charge applicable to your order is shown on the Checkout page. If more than 4 boxes are required to ship your order, please contact us as we may be able to offer a better rate.

We aim to despatch within 2 to 3 working days from receipt of order and standard delivery is usually within 3 days of despatch. Please contact us if you require a faster despatch method which will incur additional cost

PACKAGING

Where possible we will re-use packaging.

PAYMENTS

We use the fully encrypted PayPal credit/debit card service.  Payments should be made either by this method or through your own PayPal account. All payments in UK sterling (GB pounds).

AGE VERIFICATION

We will ask you to confirm you are over 18 years old when using our website and again when placing an order.  We may on occasion check this by making contact with customers to verify their age.
